Some Youth To Be Provided With Training Programs

Kabul (BNA) A number of the Afghan youth are expected to be provided with training facilities as the deputy minister of information and culture on youth affairs, Dr. Kamal Sadat signed three related contracts with the Ashena and Global Innovation Consultative Services Center here in Kabul.
The Ashena institution is expected to hold seminars, workshops and training programs for a number of the youth for their capacity building, the deputy minister said after signing the contracts adding the programs would focus on issues related to law and peace.
The institution is also expected to run an international conference, in Kabul, entitled the UN model-making (Ashena) in which some 200 youth are expected to attend from home and the same number from the regional countries, Dr. Sadat added.
The conference would focus on different issues including political, social, economic and security issues, the deputy minister said.
The institution was also said to provide cooperation with the deputy ministry of information and culture on youth affairs on policy making, capacity building and strategy making, as well as structure building of the deputy ministry.
The global innovation would help the deputy ministry to have exact report on how many national and international institutions working for the youth.
