Charikar City (BNA) Asphalting work has been started on Qalander Khail road that connect Charikar city the provincial capital of northern Parwan province to Bagram district and Sayad region.
According to BNA reporter from Charikar city, Mohammad Aseem Aseem governor of Parwan with presence of Eng. Abdul Rahman Farahi deputy minister of public work ministry, head and members of provincial council and tribal elders by cutting ribbon opened the asphalting work on Qalander Khail road.
Eng. Ghulam Hazrat Sabeq head of public work department of Parwan said BNA, the road to be built with a cost of AFG 250,000,000 funded by ministry of public work.
With asphalting the road the problems of hundreds families will be settled and there will be significant changes in economic growth of farmers, Aseem added.
Head of provincial council of Parwan praised implementation of development projects by government in the province and expressed happiness regarding the beginning of asphalting work on Qalander Khail road.
