Kabul (BNA) Acting Minister of Information and Culture and Deputy Youth Affairs Minister Kamal Sadat insisted on youth’s capacity building in different aspects of the society, BNA reported.
Speaking in a conclusion ceremony of the youth capacity building training program in Kabul, Kamal Sadat said that a society would be freed of challenges and unrests, if the youth to be educated and provided capacity building programs in different fields.
According to Bakhter News Agency, the capacity building program was organized by the association for empowerment of women and children in the deputy ministry on youth affairs for two days, where 30 participants of both male and female received training on different aspects of character building, observing the courtesies of life, society behavior and other social methods.
The association in charge, Dr. Allah Mohammad Kakar said that such programs would be continued in a number of the country’s provinces.
The certificates of participants were jointly distributed by Dr. Kamal Sadat and Dr. Allah Mohammad Kakar, the agency added.
