Aibak City (BNA) A cash of AFG 2, 775, 000 have been distributed to 105 flash flood affected families by provincial committee of national director for counter-disaster preparedness in northern Samangan province.
Rajab Ali Yusufi head of national director for counter-disaster preparedness told BNA reporter, based on a survey launched by a delegation in Hazrat Sultan district and center of the province, 185 residential houses were completely destroyed and 117 residential houses partially have destroyed due to recent floods.
Today cash amount of 15,000 AFG have distributed for each family, those their houses have been destroyed completely in the areas, Yusufi added.
Already foodstuffs and non-foodstuffs have been distributed by World Food Organization and UNHCR to the affected families as well, Yusuf further added.
