Faizabad (BNA) The number of victimize of flash flood due to high temperature reach to seven people in Badakhshan province.
Sayed Abdullah Hamayoun Dehqan head of counter disaster in the province said BNA, flood flash due to melting snow and ice in Shohada district’ mountains, Badakhshan province six children including a man lost their lives.
According to the source, following the incident 110 residential houses have been destroyed and the residents of the areas leaving their houses and going to the secure regions.
The families asked assistances from government as soon.
Dehqan said, so far State of Emergency Committee in the province with cooperation of World Food Organization undertaken to prepare foodstuff for the damages families up to next two months.
He added, UNICEF also distributed package of women and men cloths and some food items for the residents of the district.
