Pul-e-Khumri (BNA) Foodstuffs have been distributed for families who have been affected due to recent floods in northern Baghlan province yesterday.
Abdul Rahim Qayoumi head of Red Crescent of Baghlan told BNA, the foodstuffs have been distributed for 100 families residents of Dasht Alwan area, Pul-e-Khumri city the provincial capital of Baghlan province.
Tent, kitchen seat, health package, 8 carpets and tarp have been distributed for 36 families who their houses completely destroyed in recent flash flood.
It has been said other assistances have been distributed for 80 other families who their houses were partially destroyed.
The processes of aids’ distribution for affected families are continuing in the province, Qayoumi added.
