Pul-e-Khumri (BNA) Flooding leaves about 12 people deaths and caused large financial and agricultural damages to people in northern Baghlan province the night before last.
Mohammad Nasir Kohzad head of counter-disaster of the province said BNA, due to heavy rainfall and flooding 12 people were killed, dozens residential houses have been destroyed, thousands acres of agricultural lands damaged and hundreds livestock died in Borka and Nahren districts of the province.
Eleven of the flash floods victims were residents of Borka district and another was resident of Nahren district, Kohzad added.
