Kabul (BNA) The government is determined to increase fighting capacity against natural disasters to reduce the damages arising out of natural disasters, this was stated by Wais Barmak, the minister of state on managing natural disasters and response, after inking an agreement worth 9.6 million Pound Sterling here yesterday with the non-government agency Afghan aid.
Based on the agreement, the project will be implemented in Badakhshan, Ghor, Samangan, Takhar, Balkh, Bamyan, Sar-e-Pul, Jauzjan, and Kabul in the first phase and in the second, the project will be implemented in other provinces.
