Kabul (BNA) Minister of refugees and repatriation affairs, Mohammad Alami Balkhi visited Parwan province yesterday and reviewed the situation of refugees there.
Accompanied by Parwan governor Engineer Mohammad Asim and lawmaker Hajji Almas, the minister Balkhi said that the Barikab Township built for returnees has no standard and power, no potable and no clinic, adding all the problems would be solved in near future.
Minister Balkhi also added that the program for the return of refugees had been prepared; saying the solution of refugees’ affairs requires 553 million US dollars and 220 million dollars would be allocated to the construction of townships for the returnees in the country.
Director of refugees department in Parwan province, Al-Haj Aqa Shirin briefed the minister about his programs and the needs to help destitute people.
