Mazar-e-Sharif (BNA) 21 welfare projects were put into exploitation in Balkh province.
Najibullah Yazdan Panah, in charge of projects construction told BNA, the work of the projects have been completed with collaboration of rural development and economic department of Balkh in 19 villages of Sholgara district, Balkh province.
He added, the projects included, three irrigational network, digging of wells, gravelling of roads and construction of retaining wall.
Nearly 30,000 people have been benefited from facilities of these projects.
