Pul-e-Alam (BNA) Nearly 2,000 displaced families received assistances in Logar province yesterday.
Salim Saleh spokesman for Logar governor told BNA, the assistances took place by United Nation High Commissioner for Refugees affairs (UNHCR) with cooperation of rural rehabilitation and development office of that province.
Each family got 200 dollars, blanket, medical packages and winter cloths.
According to another report, the rural rehabilitation and development office assisted 180 tons of foodstuffs worth more than 7 million Afghanis for 1000 needy and poor families
