Faizabad City (BNA) Foodstuffs and non-foodstuffs have been distributed to 52 families, those were affected due to recent natural disaster in northern Badakhshan province.
Sayed Hamayoun Dehqan head of counter-disaster of the province told BNA reporter, the assistance that provided by counter-disaster department of Badakshan had been distributed via two helicopters belonging Ministry of National Defense in Maymi district of the province.
The distributed aids include cooking oil, rice, flour, sugar, dry milk, gas balloon and winter cloths, Dehqan added.
Also cash have been donated to the families that lost their family members following recent avalanches in the district.
