Over 1000 War-Torn Families Receive Aids

Jalalabad City (BNA) Foodstuffs and non-foodstuffs have been distributed to more than 1000 war affected families in Pacheragam district, eastern Nangarhar province.
Ghulam Haidar Faqirzay head of refugees and repatriation department of the province told BNA, the assistances funded by charity organizations and distributed to 1200 war-torn families by department of refugees and repatriation of the province.
The aids included cloths, carpet, tens, cash and foodstuffs, Faqirzay added.
Massive military operation ongoing against ISIS fighters since one week in Pacheragam district of the province.
Local officials of the province claimed that so far ISIS terrorist group sustained heavy losses during the military operation.
The clashes caused that thousands families forced to leave their houses and displaced to safe areas.
