Kabul (BNA) Under the initiative of the Deputy Ministry of Information and Culture on Youth Affairs, a scientific and research seminar was held in southern province of Maidan to assess the problem of the youth and find the solution, said Bakhtar News Agency on Sunday.
According to the agency, the message of Dr. Kamal Sadat, the Deputy Minister of Information and Culture on Youth Affairs was read out in the meeting asking the youth for remaining united and inviting the people for unison and work for the future of their country.
“The only way to rescue Afghanistan from the ongoing crisis, is unity of the Afghans…the youth should do their best to invite the people for getting united through holding different scientific and cultural seminars and complexes for encouraging the youth in the province,” said the agency.
Director of provincial information and culture, Mohammad Awrang Mukhtar thanked the deputy ministry of information and culture for initiation of the gathering and said recently a competition on article writing has been conducted in the province, where 8 out of thirty essays were announced winners of cash prizes and letters of appreciations, distributed by the deputy ministry of information and culture on youth affairs.
