Access to food is defined as the 30rd described rights of the World Human Rights Charter. Distance between broke and wealthy people is higher, currently compared to the past and the poverty battered countries’ struggles fail to feed their nations, under critical poverty. The UN is making effort to reduce the number of poverty suffering nations to half the figure, however the level is higher than the organization was expected to get success. Hunger and starvation over whelmed the world countries facing economic problems, under consecutive droughts and famine, particularly those developed countries and those nations with the world sources of food. Even in the industrial and advanced countries, starvation has the narration of injustice in the division of livelihood items and means, and considering the critically poverty battered nations like Somalia or Afghanistan, with overflow mines resources, the main root of this disease should sought in the world politico-economic structures.
The globalized capitalism has swallowed the world weak wealth and under such condition, these countries have failed to not only lose the opportunity of economic, social and political expansion, but also lost the requiredcapabilities of investment in the agriculture and production of food items, while these countries need infrastructural investment to help bring change in the economy and empowerment of their citizens. An estimation of more than 36 percent of the Afghans have no access to enough primary foods, 61 percent of the countrymen can’t eat various food, a problem mostly behind mother and child mortality.
The international evaluation indicated that more than 60 percent of the Afghan population are living below poverty line, mostly reported in Bamyan, Badakhshan, Dykundi, Paktia and Paktika, particularly in the war hit areas, where insecurities, droughts, unfair agricultural yields and consecutive natural disaster, have been said to be behind unsafe food immunity, hunger and poverty. Afghanistan has been enlisted as one of the world critically poverty battered countries, whit the lowest level of food products and worse condition of insecurities. Fighting hunger and poverty could eased through a comprehensive launch of different programs in the field of agriculture, with recruitment of thousands of unemployed people inside the country. Drawing attention of the world countries in aids to the agricultural process and increase in the employment and work opportunities would help food immunity strengthen and development of economic infrastructures helps gradually overcome the starvation challenges.
