Herat (BNA) four civilians were martyred in latest traffic accidents and 23 others were injured in Herat province.
The incident occurred this morning in parts of the province.
A traffic in charge of Herat told BNA, in the events four civilians lost their lives and 23 others were injured.
He called main reason behind the incident more speed and carelessness of drivers.
