Kabul (BNA) More than 13 Thousand families were benefits ease of National Solidarity Programs NSP projects in Nangarhar yesterday.
According to the Information of Public Relation Department of NSP to BNA, the projects completed and inaugurated with the costs of AFN 138,044,000 on Behsood, Kama and Surkhroad districts.
The projects encompass construction of irrigation canal for 305 jareeb of irrigation lands, protection walls, Water Reservoir for the 100 jareeb land, community centers, bridges, 19.25 macro hydro power station, Water supply network, asphalting sidewalks, roadside drains, excavation of 82 drinking water wells with installation of hand pumps, graveling 14.545 km of rural roads, water dividers, gravelling roads and extension of water supply network.
National Solidarity Program of Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (NSP/MRRD) since its inception in Nangarhar province has been covered 1850 villages and now able to execute 5183 development projects in different sectors and get used by people.
