Kabul (BNA) The Funeral and burying ceremony of second vice president’s nephew Abas Danesh was held Wednesday morning in Kabul.
Abbas Danesh who was martyred Tuesday’s terrorist attack on directorate of security and safety of VIPs. Dozens of civilians including security forces were martyred and a large number of others injured in the incident. The ceremony was held with participation of senior deputy of high peace council Mohammad Karim Khalili, jihadi leader Azizullah Shafaq, cabinet members, representatives of people in national assembly, government high-ranking officials, deputy ministers, military generals and officers, directors of government independent organs, officials of MoI, MoD and NDS, political and jihadi leaders, media officials and journalists, civil society members, jihadi commanders, students of universities, local and tribal elders and hundreds of Kabul residents. Representing Second Vice-President and family members of Martyred Abbas Danesh, advisor to second vice president on religious affairs Qazi Saadat praised government civil and military officials and people for their participation in the ceremony. He also praised the country’s national security forces for their day and night efforts towards maintaining security and stabilizing the country and stressed on serious attention of security organs in prevention of possible terrorist incidents.
