More Than 9 Thousand Families Gain Access NSP Projects

Pul-e-Khumri (BNA) 9094 thousand families have gained access necessary facilities from welfare projects of National Solidarity Program of Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (NSP/MRRD) in Baghlan province.
According to (MRRD) press office to BNA, 34 public utility projects with a sum of 46,362,000 Afghanis have been completed and handed-over in Barka, Andarab (Bano), Andarab (Pul-e-Hasar), Nahreen, Pul-e-Khumri, Doshi, Khost Khawaja Hejran and Jelga districts of Baghlan province.
These welfare projects include construction works of a school building, community centers, drinking water supply, bridge, protection walls, retaining walls, irrigation canal, dam, culverts, excavation of water wells with hand pump and micro hydroelectric.
(NSP/MRRD) have covered 994 villages in Baghlan province and so far 2434 projects have been completed and put into exploitation by the program in various areas of the province.
