Maidan Shahr (BNA) For hundreds floods affected’ families distributed assistances in Maidan-Wardak province.
The assists include, floor, oil, pea, salt and blanket that funded by World Food Organization (WFO) and International Organization for Migrant (IOM) in the province.
Hayatullah Hayat Maidan-Wardak governor told BNA, in this period for 269 floods affected families have been distributed the aids.
He also pointed out that the assistances will be distributed for the families, those affected due to the recent flash floods in different parts of the province.
Hayat during the distribution assists asked aids organizations to supports further for the affected families.
In the past a month, hundreds houses and thousands jeribs of agricultural lands have been destroyed due to flooding in the province.
The flash floods caused to displace hundreds families in various areas of the country.
