Kandahar (BNA) For the first time, the citizens of Zheri District, Kandahar have access to electricity.
Officials of the province say that with the extension and construction of the power station, 4,000 of its residents gained energy in the first place.
Moheb-ul-Rehman Momand, Chairman of the Advisory Board of Breshna Company told BNA that with the construction of the power station, electricity has been transferred to Zheri District by the foundations.
He said at least 4,000 families now have access to electricity.
The citizens of Zheri district are happy with the access to electricity and consider it to be their prosperity and progress.
