Sar-e-Pul (BNA) Heavy flash flood caused heavy damages in dozens of residential houses and roads, and agricultural lands in the province.
Abdul Qader Ashna governor of Sar-e-Pul told BNA, the floods occurred in several districts of the province.
More than 35 residential houses, hundreds of agricultural lands and several grape gardens have been demolished.
According to Ashna, transportation routes to the center are cut off and power grids are also damage.
The governor and people of the province are calling on aid agencies and government to cooperate the flood affected people.
