Charikar (BNA) The asphalting work of a road has began in Talanchi region Parwan province yesterday.
Jan Mohammad Hekmatjo head of rural rehabilitation and development of Parwan told BNA, the road is more than two kilometers long which connects Abdi village to Talanchi center of Parwan province at the cost of 17 million Afghanis, and will be built and asphalted within a year.
