Kabul (BNA) Hundreds acres of agricultural land will be protected from flood risk by the construction of 360m protective wall and 75 m water dam.
Feraidon Azhand spokesman of rural rehabilitation and development ministry told BNA, the construction of the protective wall and water dam have been started by national citizenship program of rural rehabilitation and development ministry in Shahi village, Alinegar District.
He said that the project cost 13 million Afghanis, with completion work of the project, hundreds acres of agricultural land in that village will be protected from flood risk.
