JALALABAD CITY (BNA) Flash flood have sustained heavy losses to residential houses and agricultural lands in eastern Nangarhar province.
The flash flood has taken place after heavy rainfall in various parts of the province.
Ataullah Khogyani spokesman of Nangarhar governor told BNA reporter, hundreds acres of agricultural lands and dozens residential houses have been destroyed during the flash flood.
Several public roads have been demolished following the flash floods as well, Khogyani added.
There is no report about human casualties so far.
BNA correspondent from Nangarhar province reported that hundreds families were forced to leave their houses during the flash flood.
