Sheberghan (BNA) A woman lost her life and 18 others including women and children were injured in a traffic accident in Balkh-Sheberghan highway.
Mohammad Sarwar Khoshiwal traffic head of Jawzjan security commandment told BNA, the incident occurred in Sultankot region, Sheberghan city due to collision of a passenger bus with two motorcycles, as a result a woman lost her life and 18 others including women and children were wounded.
The injured were shifted to hospital and the health status of them reported satisfactory, Khoshewal added.
Khoshewal explained the cause of the incident, more speed, lock of drivers’ attention to traffic rules, and non-standard roads.
