Gardiz (BNA) With construction of a water dam in Paktia province, field was provided for irrigation of hundreds of acres of agricultural land.
The water dam located in Ahmadabad District and has been built by agriculture and irrigation department of Paktia province at the cost of more than 4500,000 Afghanis.
Media’s office of Paktia with releasing a statement told BNA, with construction of this dam, hundreds acres of agricultural were irrigated.
However, the peasants welcomed the construction of this dam and called it a growth factor for their cultivation.
