Kabul (BNA) President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani issued directive to investigate the extra-judicial punishment of a girl and boy by armed oppositions in Ghor province and constituted a commission under Mawlawi Anaytullah Baligh to probe the brutal case.
Members of the commission include Nasir Ahmad of national directorate for security, Royeen of interior ministry, Sayed Afzal of the Attorney General Office, Abdul Nasir Hussain Khil of directorate for local organs and Qais Bawari of human rights commission. The commission has been tasked to probe the case in coordination of provincial authorities, religious scholars and security officials of Ghor province and report back their finding about stoning to death the girl Rukhshana and badly injuring the young boy by armed oppositions in Ghalmin village of Ghor province recently.
