Kabul (BNA) At a cost of more than 4 million Afghanis, a protective wall was constructed by the national program of citizenship covenant of the ministry of rural rehabilitation and development in Balklh province.
According to public information office of rural rehabilitation and development ministry to BNA, the protective wall has been constructed at the cost of 4500,000 Afghanis in outskirt of Kholm district, Balkh province.
With construction of the wall, agricultural and residential home of 320 families in Kholm district will be protected from risk of floods.
