Kabul (BNA) One of the known Pashto poets, Omar Daraz Marwat passed away, due to illness he was suffering, a statement from the ministry of information and culture said Friday.
Omar Daraz Marwat, was one of the poets who reflected the three decades of pains and agonies in his poems, and finally died of critical illness, he was suffering in Khaibar Pakhtunkhwa.
The ministry of information and culture leadership expressed deep sadness over his demise, asked heaven for him, and extended deep condolence to his bereaved family members and friends.
