Kandahar (BNA) The repairing work of four water canals kick off in Kandahar province.
With cleaning of the canals, hundreds acres of agricultural farms will be irrigated properly in Daman District.
The project will be implemented by rural rehabilitation and development office of Kandahar province with 10 percent collaboration of people at the cost of 15,500,000 Afs.
Abdul Hanan Munib care-taker of Kandahar told BNA, these canals will be repaired within 4 months and will be irrigated hundreds acres of agricultural lands.
He added that they are working to increase agricultural production and increase domestic production in Kandahar province.
