Kabul (BNA) Construction work on a kindergarten building has started in central Parwan province yesterday.
According to BNA correspondent report, during laying stone foundation ceremony of the building Wakil Ahmad Suhail head of labor, social affairs, martyrs and disabled department said, the building to be built with a cost of 10 million Afghanis funded by ministry of labor, social affairs, martyrs and disabled in Charikar city the provincial capital of the province.
Fazulldin Ayar governor of Parwan told, training and learning children in secure and safe environment guarantee better future of children and society.
Relevant organs are responsible to assess work construction of the building as much as possible, Ayar added.
