Mazar-e-Sharif City (BNA) Clothes, foodstuffs and kitchen tools have been distributed to 150 needy and displaced families in northern Balkh province yesterday.
According to BNA report, Col. Sayed Qasem director of emergency state in 209 Shaheen army corps while distributing the aids said, security personnel of the corps in addition to fight against armed oppositions, also helps with displaced and poor families.
The families due to insecurity in Faryab, Jawzjan and Sar-e-Pul provinces were forced to leave their houses and replaced in Mazar-e-Sharif city the provincial capital of Balkh province, Qasem added.
It is supposed that foodstuffs and non-foodstuffs would be distributed to 600 destitute and displaced families in Northern provinces, Qasem underlined.
