Kabul (BNA) The government would spare no efforts to provide any kind of humanitarian assistance to the displaced people of Kunduz province; this was stated by Wais Barmak the chairman of National Authority of Natural Disaster and president of the commission to deal with emergency situation here yesterday.
Presiding a joint meeting of government entities, national and international agencies as well as lawmakers from Kunduz province to discuss the problems of the war-affected people of Kunduz, Barmak said that the number of displaced people of Kunduz and their whereabouts either living in open or with relatives elsewhere of the country including Kabul should be surveyed and registered.
Barmak also called upon national and international agencies to help the needy people through the emergency commission. The donors can contact 0202104559.
